Hongxing 6-S type concentrator table is a new physical concentrating equipment. It is mainly used for concentrating gold ,silver, lead, zinc, tantalum zinc, tantalum nickel, tin etc rare metal and rich metal ore.
The ore processing with concentrator table is on the lean table board with raffles. The ore is fed into the machine by the ore feeding chute; meanwhile, the water is fed by water feeder transversely. Under the impact of vibrating wave, the materials go on the vertical and horizontal movement because of the different proportion and granularity. The ores with different proportion and granularity move down in ladder-shipped state along with their own movement and then they will be discharged from the fine concentrate end and tailings end, finally they are separated into concentrate, middllings and tailings.

Head Motion: The head motion is made of rugged construction and it requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom, which are easy to clean and requires little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass that is made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristics of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and it can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50℃.
Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.
