Vibrating feeder

Vibrating feeder works continously and evenly. The particles and powdery materials from hopper will be sent to the screens and crushing machines by belt conveyer or bucket elevator. Stepless regulation is available for vibrating feeder to automatically and centrally control the feeding volume.

In the sand-stone production line, vibratory feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time, it can screen materials roughly. It can be used in these areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.

Ore vibrating feeder: Ore vibrating feeder is mainly used for continuous and even feeding of coarse particles and screening of fine aggregate, thus enhancing crushing capacity. When it is in operation, the ore vibrating feeder can send massive and granular materials to the receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the sand making production line, its even and continuous feeding helps to avoid feeding-hole blocking. It can also roughly screen the materials.

Vibrating grizzly feeder(feed grizzly): it is used for the conveyance of materials of large size from storage bins and hoppers to the crushers. Vibrating grizzly feeder is used for the feeding of materials and  it is also used for the separation of fine particles from primary feeding or secondary feeding to the crushing plant. 

Application and brief introduction of ore vibrating feeder

The ore vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically or continuously. It also can be used to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.

Working principle of vibrating feeder:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus forming strong centrifugal force. The centrifugal forces along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, which will counteract the vertical force from vibrating direction. And then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
