Features

Rock crusher(stone crusher): rock crushers are used to crush rocks. They have applications in several different industries, including mining and construction where they are used to prepare ores for processing and create rock fill material for landscaping or erosion control. Rock crushers include two major types, primary and secondary. Secondary crushers handle smaller pieces of rocks that have already been crushed from their original size.

Hammer crusher: primary or secondary rock crushers. It is used for crushing raw material whose compressive strength is less than 150MPa such as limestone, sandstone, gypsum, coal, etc. The single stage hammer crusher can crush the ore block at the stope into the required  granularity at a time. It can replace the traditional two-stage crusher, help simplify process flow, save infrastructure investment and production costs.

The main working part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feeding opening and then they are stricken, impacted, cut and ground  to small size by the high-speed hammer. 

There is a screening plate under the rotor. The materials with smaller size than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further crushed and ground until they reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted.

Stone crusher plant: it includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. These machines are featured with advanced structure, good performance, high reliability and they are praised by many customers at home and abroad. In the stone crushing plant, stone crushing machine is used to crush stones into small particle size or change the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite for building aggregates, artificial sand production and recycle building waste materials such as debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.
 

Stone crushing plant working process

The combination stone crushing plant can be divided into three types: fixed, portable and sleigh type. The crushing and screening capability can be from 50 tons per hour to 500 tons per hour. The size of crushed product can be from 0 to 40 mm. The classification of the size of crushed product can be set and adjusted according to the  different requests.

Our combination stone crusher plant can meet customers’ different needs for material crushing and screening. We can supply design, installation, adjustment and acceptance test for customers.
