Features

Ore separating line equipment includes belt conveyor、raw material mill、rock cone crusher etc.

Procedure of the ore production line: the ore is firstly sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The ores with proper size for secondary crushing will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding. The ore powder discharged from the ball mill will be sent to the next procedure: classifying. Because of the different sedimentation rate due to the varied specific gravity, spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture. The cleaned and grouped mixture is sent to magnetic separator, due to the different susceptibility, magnetic substance can be separated from the mixture under magnetic and mechanical force. Then the mixture is sent to flotation machine.

Raw material mill:as a piece of ore separating line equipment, raw material mill is widely used in beneficiation, building material and chemical industries. Raw material mill is used in cement production to grind various materials such as the raw materials grinding in the new and dry cement production line and so on. 
 

Raw material mill Application:

Raw material mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, which is widely used for the processing of cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics. It can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.

Raw material mill Structure:
Raw ore mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is featured with stable and reliable working condition.
 

Belt conveyor:belt conveyor can realize the  horizontal, tilted and vertical transmission and  transmission lines are generally fixed. The conveyors include belt conveyor, plate conveyor, scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor, bucket elevator, overhead conveyors and so on.Rubber belt conveyors are the most commonly used powered conveyors because they are the most versatile and the least expensive.

Belt conveyor is widely used in mining, gravel field, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral processing, coal mining and other industries transport material. According to different transferring requirements, the transferring systems can be single belt conveyer, multi-conveyers to meet the needs of different ore separating line.

Working principle of Stone Cone Crusher

When spring cone crusher is running, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing around the eccentric bearing bushing, and it makes the mantle be close to the bowl liner and far away from the bowl liner over and over again. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed into pieces.
