Primary crushers Working Principle

Stone jaw crusher/rock jaw crusher/aggregate jaw crusher consists of frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, gap adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Toggle plate is also used to guarantee the security.

The equipment consists of two jaws, one is fixed and the other moves back and forth. The jaws are positioned in such a way that there is a wide opening at the top (known as the gape) and a narrow discharge aperture at the bottom  to reach the desired output size. The material between the two jaws are crushed by mechanical pressure.
