The industrial grinding machine is widely used for material grinding of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic mineral in the chemical, building materials industry; it is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other major components. According to the materials and discharging ways, it can be divided into dry ball mill and wet lattice-type ball mill.
(1) Increase the effective volume
Improving the effective volume of the mill can increase mill productivity; and the magnetic liner can effectively increase the cylinder volume, but reduce power consumption.
(2) Increase the filling rate and transferring rate
The processing capacity of ball millis increased with the filling rate of the steel ball. Improving the filling rate could increase the autogenous grinding role. The load of grinding miller reaches maximum point when ball filling rate is 45% and its load drops significantly with inverse proportion when filling rate exceeds 45%.
(3) Change the shape of grinding media
You can choose oval ball medium to replace the current ball medium; compared with ball medium, oval ball has the following advantages:
a, high impact force improves crushing capacity;
b, the contact surface of ball medium and materials is increased, which improves the grinding capacity;
c, oval ball also has anti-static and anti-moisture role, which reduces the adsorption of fine powder and reduces saturation grinding phenomenon.
