The structure of rotary dryer
Rotary dryer is mainly composed of barrel, front roller circle, rear roller circle, gear, stop roll, tow roll, discharging part, reducer, motor, hot air channel, feed chute and furnace body parts. It also can be equipped with gas furnace, combustion chamber or supporting hoist, belt conveyor, quantitative feeder, cyclone, induced draft fan based on user needs.

Annual maintenance
1. Check whether the base of fixing bolts is loose.
2. Check the elasticity of spring connection.
3. Check the ground connection and ensure the reliability.
4. Check the flexibility degree of computer board control, wind wheel and heat exchanger.
5. Measure thermometers and other instruments in local bureau of technical supervision.
Dryer bearing maintenance
Bearing shoulders the entire load of the machine, so good lubrication is closely related to the bearing life; it directly affects the life of the machine and operating rate, thus the injected oil must be clean and sealing must be good.
The main oiling parts: antifriction bearing, roller bearings, all gears, movable bearing and sliding plane.
