An active lime kiln is a type of rotary kiln and is the main equipment for calcining active lime. This equipment consists of a cylinder, supporting devices, a support device with hydraulic thrust rollers, a transmission device, a lubrication device, and a kiln tail sealing device. This rotary kiln features a simple structure, reliable operation, and easy automation of the production process.



The decomposition rate of preheated limestone entering the kiln can reach 20-25%, and 10-15mm fine-grained limestone can be directly utilized.
Reliable combined scale seals at both ends of the rotary kiln are adopted, making the air leakage coefficient less than 10%.
Composite refractory materials are used for the kiln lining to reduce radiant heat loss.
This rotary kiln has a simple structure, reliable operation, and the production process is easy to automate.
