Ball mills are core equipment in mineral processing production lines, used for dry or wet grinding of various metallic and non-metallic ores. For high purity requirements, ceramic ball mills can be selected, with liners and grinding media made of alumina ceramic, quartz, SILEX, or other special materials, ensuring no iron contamination in the ground ore.
A mineral processing production line consists of major equipment such as jaw crushers, ball mills, classifiers, magnetic separators, flotation machines, thickeners, and dryers. Combined with feeders, elevators, and conveyors, a complete mineral processing production line can be formed.
Commonly used mineral processing methods include gravity separation, flotation, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation.
