Lifting equipment is divided into belt bucket elevators, chain bucket elevators, plate chain bucket elevators, and wire rope belt bucket elevators, depending on the material characteristics and operating environment. Bucket elevators are suitable for vertically conveying powdery, granular, and small lump materials. They feature simple structure, stable operation, high lifting height, and long service life, and are widely used in material transportation systems in industries such as building materials, chemicals, coal, power, and ports.
Bucket elevators have a large conveying capacity and high lifting height, suitable for lifting materials from low to high places. After the material is fed into the hopper through a vibrating table, the machine automatically and continuously transports it upwards. The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the conveying volume, and the lifting height can be selected as needed.



The bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding, induced discharge, and a dense arrangement of large-capacity buckets. There is almost no material backflow or digging during material lifting, resulting in low wasted power.
This elevator has few requirements regarding the type and characteristics of materials. It can lift not only general powdery and small granular materials, but also materials with high abrasiveness. It has good sealing performance and low environmental pollution.
Advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the entire machine, with a mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeding 20,000 hours. High Lifting Height
The bucket elevator uses inflow feeding, eliminating the need for bucket digging, and minimizing material compression and collision. The machine is designed to minimize material spillage during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.
