The fine sand recovery machine uses a slurry pump to inject mud with a concentration ≤40% into a hydrocyclone separator for separation.
The separated coarse particles are then dewatered and recovered via a dewatering screen.
This process maximizes the recovery of materials larger than 0.075mm while removing sludge and clay smaller than 0.075mm.
It can be used in conjunction with existing sand washing machines on production lines or independently to improve resource utilization and maximize profits.
