Flotation machines are mainly used for separating metallic minerals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, and aluminum. They can also be used for separating ferrous metals and non-metals. The machine is driven by a motor and V-belt, which rotates the impeller. This generates centrifugal force, creating negative pressure. On one hand, it draws in sufficient air to mix with the slurry; on the other hand, it agitates the slurry to form a reagent mixture. Simultaneously, it refines the froth, causing minerals to adhere to the froth and float to the surface, forming mineralized froth. Adjusting the height of the gate controls the liquid level, allowing useful froth to be scraped off by a scraper.



Saves 1/3 to 1/2 of electricity compared to conventional mechanical agitation flotation machines
Ash content in clean coal can be reduced by 1-2% compared to conventional mechanical agitation flotation machines
Equipped with automatic liquid level control and electrical control devices, resulting in finer foam and thus improved flotation effect
The impeller is constantly moving inside the machine, effectively removing accumulated material and debris, reducing damage to parts caused by impurities; the impeller of the agitator is made of wear-resistant rubber, enhancing its wear resistance
