Grinding roller linkage pressurization technology increases crushing pressure to 2.5 tons, significantly improving the ability to crush hard materials, and increasing the output of ordinary materials by more than 10%.
V-belt and gear drive, compact structure, smooth transmission, and low noise.
Stepless frequency conversion turbine classifier improves powder classification efficiency and accuracy, allowing the finished product particle size to be adjusted arbitrarily between 50 mesh and 800 mesh, with a screening rate adjustment range of 80-99%.
Equipped with a dedicated pulse dust collector, achieving a dust removal efficiency of 99.9% and an emission concentration of <10mg/Nm³, which is superior to national environmental emission standards, enabling dust-free operation in the production workshop.
