The HCG series gyratory crusher is a new type of coarse crushing equipment independently developed by Hongxing Group based on the introduction of advanced European and American technologies and combined with the needs of modern industry development, targeting the specific needs of the global market for large-scale equipment.
It is mainly used for primary crushing of materials and can crush various materials of high and medium hardness.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.
The large-angle crushing chamber and long crushing surface give the crusher extremely high crushing capacity. The extra-large crushing chamber facilitates crushing between stones, improving crushing efficiency and maximizing liner life.
The integral forged spindle avoids the risk of moving cone loosening, thus reducing downtime. The enlarged upper journal features a large radius arc and polishing, resulting in high strength and adaptability to harsh crushing conditions.
A standard displacement sensor provides a clear view of the spindle position. Hydraulic cylinders automatically adjust the discharge port to compensate for liner wear, ensuring stable particle size and improving productivity.
The wear distribution throughout the crushing chamber is more uniform, reducing liner replacement frequency and lowering production costs.
