The HLM series vertical grinding mill is a large-scale, advanced, high-yield, and energy-saving grinding product developed by Hongxing Group using advanced bed grinding and partial external circulation technology, combined with over forty years of grinding mill manufacturing experience.
It integrates grinding, grading, drying, and conveying, and features a drying function that allows for hot air circulation, saving the need for a separate drying system.
It possesses independent intellectual property rights, and its core technology and economic indicators have reached advanced levels.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.




The entire system operates under complete negative pressure, ensuring reliable sealing and preventing dust spillage. The environment is clean, and the finished product is collected using a baghouse dust collector with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99.9%, exceeding the latest national environmental standards.
High grinding efficiency and low energy consumption, saving 30%-50% of electricity compared to ball mills. Limiting devices prevent direct contact between the grinding rollers and grinding discs, minimizing wear on the grinding roller sleeves and liners. The grinding roller sleeves can be flipped for reuse, doubling their service life. Equipped with a hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted, resulting in high output and energy savings.
A fully automatic control system allows for remote operation. An external independent thin oil lubrication station facilitates oil changes. The reducer and grinding roller bearings use forced thin oil lubrication, which removes a significant amount of heat during lubrication, extending service life. A hydraulic maintenance device allows the grinding rollers to be flipped out of the machine, making roller sleeve replacement and maintenance convenient and quick.
Integrating grinding, grading, drying, and conveying into one compact layout, it occupies a small area and can be installed outdoors, reducing construction costs. It features a drying function, allowing hot air to directly and repeatedly contact the powdered material within the mill for thorough drying, saving the need for a separate drying equipment. By adjusting the hot air temperature, it can meet the drying requirements of materials with varying moisture content, up to 15%.
