The HMF series motor-driven vibrating feeder is a product of our company, suitable for industries such as stone, building materials, and metallurgical mining, providing feed for small to medium-sized primary crushing equipment.
It features a compact structure, strong impact resistance, and uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source.
Maintenance is simple, with a low failure rate, greatly facilitating on-site adjustments and production maintenance.
Vibration motor drive ensures stable performance, simple adjustment, and long maintenance cycles.
All models can be equipped with different solutions such as wear-resistant grate plates, finger bars, and zigzag plates according to the material conditions on site, solving the problem of clogging of the grate bars when sticky and wet materials pass through.
A discharge port is standardly equipped at the bottom of the grate bars, directly collecting the screened material to the conveyor belt.
A screen can be optionally installed at the bottom of the grate bars for fine screening of waste materials and soil, improving raw material utilization.
