The HSF series heavy-duty bar vibrating feeder is designed for heavy-duty applications and is suitable for the stone, building materials, and metallurgical mining industries, providing feed for medium and large-scale primary crushing equipment.
It features a compact structure, strong impact resistance, and an external eccentric block design for convenient and quick amplitude adjustment.
Independent wear-resistant bars allow for adjustable bar spacing, significantly optimizing the particle size of the material entering the crusher, increasing crusher capacity, and reducing energy consumption.
The frame is secured with high-strength torsion-shear bolts, effectively preventing loosening.
The maximum excitation force can reach 4.5G, and the amplitude and frequency are adjustable to better meet feeding requirements.
Designed for heavy-duty applications with high processing capacity, the maximum processing capacity reaches 2000t/h. The machine has a low height for easy layout, and the maximum feed particle size is 1.5m.
Gear synchronization, oil bath lubrication, adjustable eccentric block weight and impact angle, and motor driven by a flexible coupling.
The spring seat is installed with pins, allowing the feeder to be installed at an inclination angle of 0-10°.
A second layer of screen can be added to remove waste and soil.
