The HST series feeding and pre-screening combination machine is a key design and development by our company for situations where raw materials have a high content of fine particles and high viscosity before primary crushing, making it difficult for ordinary feeders to effectively screen them.
It is a combined feeding and screening unit consisting of an independently operating plate feeder and a bar screen.
The plate feeder precisely controls the feed rate, while the bar screen operates independently after separation from the feeder, unaffected by the feeder's frequency.
The stroke size and speed can be set independently, thus providing better screening results.
It is widely used in quarries, mines, building materials, power, coal mines, and chemical industries, and is suitable for feeding and pre-screening raw materials with a high fine particle content.
