The HWM series micron ring roller mill is an ultrafine grinding equipment with comprehensive mechanical grinding performance including roller pressing, grinding, and impact.
It breaks through the limitation of traditional Raymond mills, which can only produce particles smaller than 400 mesh, achieving flexible adjustment of product fineness between 325-2500 mesh, with the finest finished product reaching D97≤3um.
This grinding mill has a small footprint, strong integration with other systems, wide applications, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness, making it a highly efficient and energy-saving ultrafine pulverizing equipment.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.
Compared to ball mills, air jet mills, and stirred mills, this mill requires less investment, has a shorter production cycle, achieves 40% higher finished product fineness, and reduces energy consumption by 30% while maintaining the same fineness.
The mill chamber has no bearings or spirals, avoiding constant grease consumption and bearing burnout. Wear parts are made of high-hardness, wear-resistant materials, extending service life.
No large-scale civil engineering is required; the equipment can be put into use immediately after installation, and its operation is stable and reliable.
It adopts a complete set of negative pressure production and a high-efficiency offline dust collector, achieving a dust collection efficiency of up to 99.9%. The main unit and fan are equipped with soundproof rooms and silencers respectively, reducing production noise and fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
