The HX-D series heavy-duty circular vibrating screen adopts advanced European design concepts and is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications in sand and gravel aggregate and metal mining.
It features a modular and serialized design, with two- or three-layer screen configurations, as well as optional features such as water washing spray and dust covers.
Amplitude, frequency, and inclination angle can all be easily adjusted according to actual production needs.
Maximum feed particle size is 300mm, and the separation particle size is 1-140mm.
Shaft eccentricity technology breaks through the traditional excitation form of circular vibrating screens, providing greater excitation force (up to 4.5G)
High-strength double-row self-aligning roller bearings with thin oil lubrication
The screen body and screen frame are connected with high-strength torque-shear bolts to ensure the overall strength and rigidity of the screen machine
Reinforcing ribs in both longitudinal and transverse directions of the screen body ensure its sturdiness and durability
Rubber-coated protection for the vibrator beam round tube, and wear-resistant plate protection for the material contact surface
