The LS series linear vibrating screen is designed based on European technology and manufactured domestically in strict accordance with European technical standards and process requirements.
Its motion trajectory is a straight line or a near-straight ellipse, combining the high screening efficiency of a linear vibration trajectory with the large throughput of a circular vibration trajectory.
The installation method is approximately horizontal.
The LS vibrating screen is the optimal choice when the installation space is limited by height, the difference between the upper and lower limits of the screening particle size is small, or the specific gravity of the material being screened is high.
The screen body and frame are connected by torsion shear bolts, ensuring robustness and reliability.
The installation angle is adjustable from -3° to 10°, occupying minimal space.
Vibration intensity reaches up to 5.0G, resulting in high screening efficiency.
A straight or near-straight elliptical motion trajectory ensures optimal screening results.
Bearings utilize an anti-corrosion assembly process and are lubricated with a thin oil bath, extending their service life.
