The MP modular plant is a newly developed, comprehensive solution for aggregate crushing and screening.
Featuring a cutting-edge international design concept, the MP plant, combined with Red Star Group's high-quality mainframes, can meet your budget and specific requirements, regardless of your raw materials, site conditions, finished product requirements, or production cycle.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.
All modular steel structures are factory-produced, allowing for rapid fabrication. Only a small amount of concrete foundation is needed on-site, shortening the construction cycle and enabling rapid production.
The modular structure primarily uses bolted connections, facilitating on-site assembly and significantly shortening the construction cycle. This structure is also easy to load into containers for transport, reducing freight costs.
All structures are factory-made, requiring only on-site installation, saving on personnel and waste costs associated with on-site fabrication.
The entire solution utilizes 3D modeling, providing high-quality solutions even with limited site conditions. When site constraints are not a factor, this superior solution can effectively reduce your investment.
