The PCX series is an integrated crushing and shaping machine.
Through adjustable movable liners and a material flow chute design, it achieves impact crushing, counter-impact shaping, and gravity discharge, transforming two-stage crushing into single-stage crushing.
It is used as a secondary crushing and shaping machine in large production lines.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.
One-step molding, eliminating the need for secondary crushing and shaping processes, reducing costs by approximately 40%. Low energy consumption and minimal investment.
Particularly suitable for crushing limestone and medium-hardness stones with compressive strength below 200 MPa.
Employs an external oil pump, oil tank, and pipeline lubrication system; automatically shuts down when oil temperature is too high or oil flow rate is too slow.
Modular design; by changing the chamber shape, coarse, medium, and fine crushing can be achieved, improving production efficiency.
