The hammer crusher is a piece of equipment designed by Henan Hongxing Machinery using advanced technology.
It can process stone into shape in one step (directly crushing materials with a particle size of 600-1200 mm to below 40 mm), without the need for secondary crushing, with low energy consumption and low investment.

Capable of crushing wet materials, unaffected by rainy weather, solving the issues of clogging, jamming, and low output common in traditional hammer crushers.
The self-flow design incorporates adjustable gaps in the impact plates within the forming zone. Material smaller than these gaps flows out naturally, avoiding re-crushing. This boosts output while significantly reducing powder generation.
Larger models feature a hydraulic discharge adjustment system for easier, more effortless operation.
Large-scale models incorporate a hydraulic hammer shaft extraction system, facilitating quick and effortless hammer head and shaft replacement.
