The S7 series tower-type dry sand making system is a complete set of equipment developed and manufactured by our company based on the digestion and absorption of advanced dry sand making concepts.
It is designed to meet the high reliability and efficiency requirements of customers such as sand and gravel quarries, cement plants, and mixing plants, and integrates advanced crushing, screening, dust removal, powder selection, and intelligent control technologies from the Hongxing Group.
Unlike traditional flat-layout or mobile sand production lines, the sand making tower adopts a tower-style layout, stacking sand making equipment with steel structures. This highly integrated production line significantly saves land costs.
The sand making tower achieves closed-loop production, employing a chute design where materials flow from top to bottom, eliminating dust spillage and making the sand making process more environmentally friendly.
The sand making tower consists of sand crushing modules, screening modules, etc., all manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site, requiring no welding or bolt connections.
The sand making tower uses a dry sand making process, requiring no water and generating no wastewater, making it environmentally friendly and significantly reducing the cost of sand washing equipment.
