Spiral classifiers are widely used in mineral processing plants to form closed-loop circulation systems with ball mills for classifying and separating mineral sands, or in gravity concentration plants to classify mineral sands and fine mud.
They are also used in metal beneficiation processes for particle size classification of slurry, and in ore washing operations for desliming and dewatering.

The classifier mainly consists of a transmission device, spiral body, trough, lifting mechanism, lower support (bearings), and discharge valve.
This equipment boasts advanced technology and a simple process, making it particularly suitable for large and medium-sized dry sand production lines.
The auger and shaft head utilize cast iron sleeves, ensuring reliable operation; stone powder quality is easily controlled, with the content of 0.00-0.75mm stone powder adjustable between 2% and 15%.
The use of tile lining reduces maintenance; the base is made of channel steel, and the machine body is welded from steel plates, resulting in high quality and wear resistance.
