The three-ring medium-speed micro powder mill is a new product independently developed by our company.
It is currently one of the most advanced dry-process grinding equipment for ultrafine non-metallic mineral powders in China.
The crushing and grading of materials are carried out independently within the same machine body.
It features a compact structure, adjustable product fineness from 1400-3000 mesh, easy maintenance, low energy consumption per unit product, and low investment.
The crushing, grading, and finished product processes are all carried out in a closed system.
Dust-laden gas is treated by dust removal, preventing pollution and making it an ideal green and environmentally friendly machine.
This machine is suitable for ultrafine crushing of various brittle, non-flammable, and non-explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 5, such as heavy calcium carbonate, barite, wollastonite, kaolin, rare earth minerals, hematite, talc, feldspar, and slag.
Compared to the traditional Raymond mill, it offers the advantages of finer products and lower energy consumption, making it an ideal dry-process equipment for producing ultrafine heavy calcium carbonate powder.
Capable of processing over 200 different types of materials, with strong adaptability to various mining,construction, and industrial processing scenarios.

No rolling bearings or screws inside the grinding chamber. This eliminates the problems of easily damaged bearings and seals, and loose screws that could damage the machine.
Under the same material and finished product fineness conditions, the service life of worn parts is longer than that of ordinary grinding mills, generally reaching more than one year.
