Production line introduction

This 300 t/h Brazilian iron ore beneficiation line adopts a complete automated process: feeding, crushing,grinding, gravity separation, magnetic separation, dewatering and finished product stacking. Core equipment includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, magnetic separator, jigmachine and dewatering screen. The line features stable operation, high beneficiation efficiency and highautomation, effectively improving iron grade and recovery rate to meet customer's high-quality concentraterequirements.

Material Introduction

Iron ore is a key industrial raw material mainly composed of iron minerals. It has high utilization value and iswidely used in steel making, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other industries. Natural iron ore usually has low grade and many impurities, so it needs professional crushing, grinding andbeneficiation treatment to remove impurities and improve iron grade, so as to meet industrial smelting andapplication standards.
