Project Introduction

To meet the growing demand for high-quality dried sand in the Dutch construction andinfrastructure fields, the customer launched this 150 t/h sand drying project. After learning about our advanced sand drying technology, mature equipment quality and perfect after-sales service system inthe European market, the customer took the initiative to cooperate with us to achieve efficient andstable large-scale sand drying production.

Production line introduction

This 150 t/h sand drying line adopts an automated integrated process (feeding, drying, dust removal,collection) with core equipment including rotary dryer, feeder and dust collector. It features adjustabledrying parameters, finished sand moisture content controllable within 1-3%, meets Dutchenvironmental standards, and supports 24-hour continuous operation.

Material Introduction

Sand is a widely distributed non-metallic mineral in the Netherlands, mainly composed of quartzparticles with moderate hardness and uniform particle size. It is non-toxic, corrosion-resistant andwidely used in construction, concrete mixing and road construction, requiring drying treatment to improve its quality and applicability.
