Production line introduction

This 150 t/h Kazakh chrome ore beneficiation line adopts an automated process including crushing, grinding,gravity separation, desliming, dewatering and finished product stacking. Core equipment includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, jig machine, shaking table,dewatering screen and dust collector. The line features stable operation, high beneficiation ratio, highautomation and low operation cost, effectively improving chrome ore grade and recovery rate to meetcustomer's production requirements.

Chrome ore is a kind of important mineral resource with high industrial value, mainly used in metallurgy,refractory materials, chemical industry and other fields. Natural chrome ore usually contains a lot of gangue and impurities, so it needs professional crushing, grindingand beneficiation treatment to remove impurities and improve ore grade, so as to meet industrial smelting andapplication standards.
