Project Introduction

The customer's original drying equipment had a small production scale, which could notmeet the growing market demand and their plan to expand production. We provide an optimized 100t/h drying line to help the customer expand production scale, improve production efficiency andbetter seize market opportunities.

Production line introduction

This 100 t/h Vietnamese silica sand drying line adopts a continuous rotary drying process. Core equipment includes rotary drum dryer, hot blast stove, feeder, discharging device, dust collector and conveyor. The line features stable operation, high thermal efficiency, good environmental performanceand uniform drying effect, fully meeting the customer's large-scale production demands.

Silica sand is a common non-metallic mineral with high purity, good wear resistance and stablechemical properties. It is widely used in construction, glass making, foundry, abrasive and otherindustrial fields.
